'Spring' is a
self-cleaning ecological drum
filter for coolant liquids - it
can be used with a wide variety of machine tools such as
machining centres, deep hole drilling, transfer, grinding & milling
machines and with special tools requiring high-pressure coolant.
The range is ideal for the
removal of metal fines produced using machine tools, abrasives and
washing. It is therefore flexible and meets a wide variety of the
demands posed by both the engineering and the automotive industries.
There
are 6 models capable of purifying from 25 – 450
l/min of neat oil and from 50 – 900 l/min of emulsion. |

The
"Benefits" of this filter are:
- Self-cleaning:
does not use consumable material
- Simple & compact: small footprint with simple maintenance, it
guarantees excellent and reliable results.
- Efficient: the filtration degree is customised to the customer's
requirements and efficiency is guaranteed. |

The
'DETEX' range
- 7 Models with flow rates from 50 to 400 litres per minute (25 to 200
litres per minute for neat oil), using a fabric system of filtration.
Also available in Stainless Steel
Suitable for the filtration of neat oils and emulsions contaminated with
magnetic and/or non-magnetic particles. They can also be used (in the
stainless steel form) for the filtration of water in the chemical, food
and glass industries.

'Demag'
is a magnetic separator made up of a number of ferromagnetic discs which
trap the solid contaminants present in the coolant/liquid and can treat
up to 400 litres per minute. |

The
'River' series
has evolved to meet the advances in machine tool technology, in
particular high pressure cooling. It is available with high pressure
return pumps (up to 100 bar), filtration levels to 5 microns & flow
rates from 25 to 100 l/min when working on Neat Oil. |
