Centrifuge (M)'

specifically designed for filtration of air containing mists / mists and
vapours of soluble and neat oil with the presence of small quantities of
dust.
The system can evolve as requirements change and can be combined
with 'Pre and Post filtration'
The
air filtration system can be positioned both vertically or horizontally
to suit the application and for servicing (renewing filters etc).
Typical
applications
'Gemini'
is an air filter for treating oil mist, micro-mist, vapours, smoke and
odours emitted from the majority of metal machining operations. The
system is suitable for machine tool manufacturers owing to its compact
shape, and for subsequent application on all machine tools.
Available in two versions, the Gemini 1000 and 2000 the series
guarantees filtration efficiencies of 95%. When combined with an
absolute post-filter, Gemini can guarantee efficiencies of 99.97%.
It
is possible to assemble both models in horizontal or vertical position
ensuring the perfect adaptation to the machine tool.It is of a modular
design allowing the addition of cartridge or active carbon
after-filters, in order to meet the most varied requirements of
customers.
Thanks
to the four filtration stages the 'Newton'
combines different types of filter media in order to reduce the emission
of pollutants and to grant the best mix of filtration efficiency.
When can be combined with an Absolute Filter and in this configuration
(to be used for the filtration of air containing dust, vapours and smoke
derived from emulsion or neat oil) it guarantees a general improvement
of the overall system with a 99.97% efficiency level.
