At its centenary celebrations SCHAUDT presented its new branding strategy, three innovative machine designs and the latest result of its cooperation with STUDER.

ShaftGrind M
The ShaftGrind M is a highly productive grinding machine for 3-shift work and has a grinding length of 600 mm. It is a further development of the successful PS 51 and, because of its particularly wide wheels measuring up to 315 mm (set of wheels), it can achieve enormous savings in processing time when used in long series production runs.

CombiGrind H
The CombiGrind H is the new horizontal precision machining center for shafts and similar components up to 800 mm in length. It is a larger version of the KAIROS and can be fully automated, making it particularly suitable for jobs that require different processes in the same clamping, where a lot of time and effort is needed for changing the set-up. The CombiGrind H can be equipped with two to four machining stations.

CamGrind S
The CamGrind S a compact camshaft grinding machine from SCHAUDT. This has been specially developed for the automotive industry and its suppliers and can be used as a standalone machine or as one of the cells in a production line.
